I am a trained Yoga Therapist specialising in mental health and trauma and a Level 4 trainee counsellor. I work 121 with people in a Brighton location or online offering support for mental, emotional and physical health.

Yoga Nidra/ Imagined Sleep classes and recordings to support emotional and physical healing, rest, creativity and connection.

THRIVE

This is a four week pre-recorded course (2.5hrs a week) of rest, breath & movement practice to support peri-menopausal women’s health.
