WHAT IS IT?
A four week course for peri-menopausal women who want practices that gently strengthen, release and offer nourishing rest. All the things bodies and hearts of this age benefit from.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
The course provides 2hrs 15mins of pre-recorded practices for each week. You are invited to work through at your own pace in a way that suits your available time, energy and life.
Each week is themed; Resilience, Strength, Trust & Release to help get you in touch with you explore your relationship with these qualities at this stage in your life.

30mins of toning movement (inclusion of weights and bands is optional)
30mins releasing movement (somatic movement & stretch)
30mins breath practice (breath work)
45-1hr rest practice Imagine Rest (Yoga Nidra with restorative yoga)

This is a Women's Health 4 Week wellness course. It offers one theme a week including reflections, a recorded rest practice / Yoga Nidra meditation and four 30mins video recordings to support strength, ease and rest.
