This work is collaborative and completely invitational. Having listened to you I offer practices that I think best serve your goals and needs. Conversation, reflection and observation are key to ensuring you are comfortable with the approach we are taking and the progress you’re making.
AIM & TIME FRAMES
The aim of our collaboration is to empower you to live well without therapy. Time frames and therapy offered is not a one size fits all situation. Practices shared are specifically chosen to suit your individual needs and interest. It’s up to you how regularly we meet, anything from one a week to once a month.
PRICE
I offer a sliding scale system. Pay what your budget allows. One hour is £60, £50, £40 Further discounts are available. Please email for details. Teaching you in your home incurs an additional £5 fee for travel time and parking.

Step 1
Fill out the ‘Book a session’ form below.
Step 2
I’ll be in touch by email either for us to ask any questions we may have, to make sure I can meet your arising need as a therapist and to decide on the work we would like to explore together.
Step 3
We confirm a time and date by email. Sessions are charged if cancelled less than 24hrs. Payment is required 24hrs before sessions take place.
STep 4
Sessions can be in person at my home, yours or online via Zoom. Sessions last an hour.
